2. Important Disclaimers

HeyNovi provides AI-powered coaching and lifestyle guidance for informational purposes only. Results may vary. All content is generated by AI systems.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HeyNovi.

4. Subscription & Billing

HeyNovi includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews at $19.99 per month until canceled. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

No refunds are provided once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law.

5. Messaging Consent

By texting HeyNovi and opting in through the HeyNovi website, you agree to receive recurring automated AI messages from HeyNovi via WhatsApp and SMS.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

6. Acceptable Use & Termination

You agree not to abuse, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate any account engaged in abusive behavior.
