HeyNovi provides AI agents through SMS and WhatsApp. These agents deliver automated guidance and support based on the information you provide.

2. Important Disclaimers

HeyNovi provides AI-powered coaching and lifestyle guidance for informational purposes only. Results may vary. All content is generated by AI systems.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HeyNovi.

4. Subscription & Billing

HeyNovi includes a free 14-day trial. After the trial, paid plans renew at $19.99 per month until canceled unless a different plan is selected. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

No refunds are provided once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law.

5. Messaging Consent

By submitting your phone number through the HeyNovi website and checking the separate consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from HeyNovi, including AI coaching check-ins, reminders, and goal tracking prompts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use & Termination

You agree not to abuse, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate any account engaged in abusive behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyNovi is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on agent responses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
