We use this information to provide and improve the AI agent experience, personalize responses, and operate our WhatsApp/SMS service.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data is stored securely in Supabase on US-based servers. Conversations are processed by Anthropic Claude AI. WhatsApp and SMS messages are processed by Twilio.

4. SMS & WhatsApp Messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our website, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from HeyNovi, including personalized coaching messages, check-ins, reminders, and updates via WhatsApp and/or SMS.

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
